■Our program has 2 objectives:
1.　We provide our players with the finest lacrosse instruction, training and skill building. To give them the opportunity to develop and grow in an enjoyable learning environment.
　We focus on teamwork, building character and time management to create the complete student athlete.
2. 　We provide our players with an opportunity to improve their English listening comprehension and speaking ability by participating in our practices, games and meetings. This gives our players additional time with a native English speaker. With a weekly minimum of 8-12 hours of practice, our players can improve their English.

1.　私たちは選手たちが楽しい学習環境で成長できるように、最適なラクロス指導とトレーニング、スキルの向上を目指しています。
　 完璧なアスリートとして育てるために特にチームワークに力を入れ、人格形成と時間管理をも組み込んでいます。
2.　部活の練習に参加することによって、選手たちの英語のヒアリングと会話力が伸びるように指導します。英語のネイティブスピーカーと一緒にいられる毎週、最小限8～12時間の練習は、選手たちは英語力を養成できる時間でもあります。
